Commercial Appraisal & Consulting Group was formed in May 1993, with John M. (Jack) Prill and Woodrow J. (Woody) Lievers as principals and sole owners.
Both parties have extensive backgrounds (over thirty-five years of individual experience) in commercial appraisal and real estate lending. Jack Prill was employed by the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States for eight years, and headed the appraisal staff for the local office. Woody Lievers was employed by TCF, fsb, as a commercial real estate loan officer. Both were employed as mortgage bankers with Rothschild Financial Corporation, Mr. Lievers for a period of fifteen years in the production, appraisal and administration of real estate investments. Jack Prill also managed the commercial loan office for Mortgage Associates. The extensive background of the principals of Commercial Appraisal & Consulting Group in the mortgage lending field is invaluable in providing perspective to its appraisal and consulting activities.
Both Mr. Lievers and Mr. Prill are licensed Certified General Real Property Appraisers. Mr. Lievers is also a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, and Mr. Prill is a Master Senior Appraiser of the National Association of Master Appraisers. Both organizations are members of the Appraisal Foundation.
